Where is the option for compassionate and extremely supportive? My mother was transfered to the Intensive Unit and Nurse Costa saw me and my family outside many times. Took his time to stop several times and listening to our worries and fears and even even when busy. Always kind and thoughtful, we were all so impressed.

What a fantastic young man. Knew everything about me and my discharge as soon as I entered the ward. Always on top of transport, pharmacy and my previous ward which helped him spot a small mistake in my discharge letter and new medication. Great listener and extremely caring with everyone waiting. Great experience.
