I had a bad experience with my blood test appointment. They have cancelled my blood test appointment twice and my next appointment will be on next Wednesday. When I made a complaint about the cancellation, they just said there's nothing that they can do. Other than that is fine.

The nurse runs 45 mins late for her appointments with no notice yet I can't saunter in 45 mins late. It took 2 weeks to get a nurse appointment because she only works 2 days a week and to get a doctors appointment you have to be one of the lucky few to get through on the phone the day of. This surgery is seriously under staffed and thus the level of care is not sufficient.

Worst, worst surgery ever!!! Receptionists are rude and unhelpful. Midwifes are useless. And the whole place is just a joke. I'm currently in the waiting room 30 mins after my appointment was booked. This is the 3rd time I've been here for the same appointment as it has been cancelled twice before in the past. I would never recommend this place to anybody.

My midwife appointment was cancelled 2 weeks in a row, the first time was due to the midwife being called our to an emergency home birth and the second was due to my appointment being booked in for the wrong time and the midwife had to take her break shortly so couldn't see me. I think this is ridiculous, and on top of this they have failed to refer me to a hospital for my 20 week scan so I have now gone past the point of when you're supposed to have it. The care I have received from this surgery is non existent and I would never recommend this place to anyone. But due to being more than half way through my pregnancy (with no midwife or antenatal care) I believe it's too late and too much of a hassle to change now.
