Katrina was absolutely lovely from the moment I stepped into the room. I saw her for a smear test and she made the procedure feel a lot less daunting. She was very compassionate and thoughtful, and I would be lucky to be seen by her again!

Lovely lovely nurse! She helped put my mind at ease at my first smear test as I was really nervous about it, she made me calm and relaxed. Honestly one of the best nurses I've seen in my life! Would totally recommend! Defo asking for her next time i go! ❤️

I have been postponing my visit due to anxiety. As I walked into the room she immediately made me feel comfortable. She made sure to make me aware of the importance of these health checks and explain what the screening is for. She was patient and kind. I would definitely recommend her to anyone! 10/10!

I went for a procedure which I was very anxious to go to due to my previous experiences, both my GP and hospital. Seeing Ms Katrina Taylor took anxiety away. She reassured me throughout the procedure and it only took her a few minutes to complete. Amazing! I hope we get more health care workers like Katrina! I will definitely book my appointments with her.

Katrina is the shining star at this practice, I have had to have an uncomfortable test done a few times and if I see that its her doing it, Im instantly relieved as I know Im in good hands. Her warm reception puts me at ease, she is very empathetic and relatable and importantly her technique is excellent so the discomfort is very much reduced with her.

Katrina was absolutely fantastic. I went in for a smear test and was very nervous because my two past smear tests had been poorly conducted and because I've been sexually assaulted the experience itself makes me anxious (so much so that I had a panic attack after the last smear test). I explained to Katrina what had happened and she listened to me with concern, she listened as to why my previous smear tests had been bad and why I was so nervous. She took great care and attention to take her time and talk me through the whole procedure, constantly asking if I'm ok, and being gentle. This is the first time a nurse has taken time and care while doing a smear test, and listened to me while administering great care. I cannot thank Katrina enough but I would like to try: Thank you so much for your care, attention, kindness and thoughtfulness during my appointment; you gave me a positive experience for the first time for me with a smear test, and you are an exemplary role model to nurses. If I have the choice, I would only choose to see Katrina as a nurse, she has been the best one I have seen at the Elmhurst Practice my entire life.

Katrina is the best nurse I have ever met. I have been in and out of hospital for the past few years and met so many nurses, doctors, surgeons and out of all of them Katrina is the best. She is the only nurse who has made me feel comfortable and safe. She makes me feel more like a person than a patient and is so sympathetic towards any issues I have. She has a real and genuine care for her patients and was born to do what she does. Simply, she is fantastic and if I could she would be the only nurse I see for the rest of my life.

She is a lovely nurse doing her job with the patients best interest.she was very concerned and took matters into her hands and made sure the doctor saw me immediately. We need more nurses like her. very proud of her
