Ade has overseen my ‘titration’ process. Before now, this was an unknown area. But at the same time, one of paramount importance to me. So, my first virtual interaction with Ade, was a reassuring one. She immediately recommended equipment that I would need for the process (Blood Pressure Monitor) and I felt that things were underway. Always prompt to respond and advise where necessary, Ade has offered the perfect support guidance and response.

I was very happy with all aspects of the care and communication I received from Ade. Her messages were clear and, contrary to the estimates on the websites, always delivered in a timely manner. When I had questions, they were answered with sensitivity and clarity. When I was uncertain, I felt confident in Ade's recommendations. All in all, a faultless experience :-)

Ade provided me with excellent care as she supported me during the titration process. She is highly experienced and knowledgable, and offers very practical advice. She is warm and approachable and very quick with responding to queries and posting prescriptions. She did a great job tweaking doses and timings to ensure that I arrived at the optimum medication plan for me as an individual. I deeply appreciate receiving her expert care and support.

Ade helped me with the starting and titration of medicine. Ade explained the medication, possible side effects, and what to expect very clearly. She also gave me advice on how I can change my lifestyle to complement the medication and better help with my illness. She started me with a low dose and titrated me carefully, and her skill with this meant I experienced almost no side effects. The ones I had were very mild and on the first day of each increment before wearing off She is consistently professional and kind in communications and prompt to respond to any queries I had.
