Luz's attention, patience and care excelled my expectations. She did an amazing and very professional job. The difficulty came when I tried to contact her over the phone though. She is always so busy, its is hard to get through or get a hold of her. However, she goes the extra mile to give you a call back ASAP.

Once I was allocated Luz Hughes I felt she listened to me, supported me and explained everything much clearly in a caring manner and supporting manner. She was able to reassure me and she had a sympathetic approach, which made me feel better about what I was going through post op. It felt like she was with me through it all and giving me a big hug, even though it was over the telephone each time. We need more people like Luz, who I feel is a big asset to the NHS and we need more people like her around. I would like to always have a nurse like Luz to look after me pre and post operation any time. Thank you for all you have done Luz.

The relief I felt when I'd realised I found a medical professional that not only understood, but actually cared was so overwhelming I cried. Luz listened to everything I said very clearly, reassured me that I would be taken seriously and offered me an amazing level of care. When it came to rating my pain she told me that everything I was feeling was valid. She helped me get the surgery I needed not once but twice! I've had MRIs, ultrasounds and transvaginal scans sometimes within days (pre covid) which is absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend Luz enough.

Luz assisted with my case from the start. She was extremely polite, and had a good listening ear. I felt that she really cared throughout my whole procedure. She was very attentive and seemed to take on board all of my concerns. Luz was fast to respond to my email enquiries, and I genuinely feel that there is now light at the end of my tunnel. I can't thank Luz enough, she saw me quicker than my private nurse did. It was actually the same day and she made sure to see me a week later to make sure I was okay still. Every question and email is answered and every time I see Luz she puts me at ease. I can't thank you enough for all your help. For a condition that is misunderstood you make everything feel better and make sure that things are on track and a plan is in place.
