A procedure I was not looking forward to was made much easier by the comfortable confident efficient atmosphere created by this nurse practitioner and the team. I felt listened to and able to ask questions but also my wish to only be given information I really needed was respected. I left clearly understanding the results and reassured that I had nothing to be concerned about.

I visited Lois on 28 September for gynae examinations. She has a very soothing and understanding voice. Lois made feel very relaxed in what I would say, can be quite stressful. She is a sympathetic person and she understood my situation. Lois sat and patiently explained everything to me.
I would say, in my opinion, that Lois went above and beyond to help me and I am extremely grateful to her and her team.

Lois was a very caring, person as it was a sensitive subject. Have me good advice as to what I can use to alleviate my vaginal dryness. I felt confident to discuss my problem with her more than would with my GP. She was very understanding and gentle when performing the hysteroscopy. Cheerful and tried to take my mind off the discomfort I'd experience from the procedure. Thank goodness for practitioners like Lois.

Lois has a lovely warm nature, really easy to talk to and gave me confidence to go ahead with the procedure. Lois was really professional.

Mrs Delchar made every effort to make me feel at ease and explained the recommended procedure (hysteroscopy) very clearly. I was absolutely terrified and without her and her excellent supporting nurses I would have left the clinic without having the investigation.
The procedure was only slightly uncomfortable and the outcome a huge relief. Thank you Mrs Delchar.
