Jenny was my titration nurse with Psychiatry UK and I could not be more happy with the process. She supported me through a range of medication routes and doses, and helped me understand how to monitor my health through out the process, which made me feel confident and safe throughout. Jenny was supportive and patient with me, and made me feel listened to and answered all my questions (of which there were many!). I am really grateful to Jenny for helping me find the right medication & dose, and I really feel that getting meds has been life changing for me. I cannot imagine the amount of pressure health services are under at the moment and I really appreciate how much care and attention I received from Jenny, despite her likely having many patients. I absolutely recommend her with full confidence. Thanks again Jenny! :D

Jenny has been absolutely amazing during my titration with Psychiatry UK (alongside Dr Lesa Wright.) I’m so grateful to have been under Jenny’s wing. I struggled a lot to settle and to find my way, and Jenny was always so understanding and accommodating. Additionally, she stuck with me through a further fine-tuning process, when I wanted to give up as I felt I was just not finding my balance. Jenny was patient, and persevering - help me to tweak things to iron out the rough edges to the titration process. I could also always rely on Jenny to ensure that I got my prescription, once I’d ordered it. This included some changes of address that Jenny smoothly facilitated, and one delay in delivery when Jenny was recovering from COVID, that Jenny kindly sorted out somehow as well. I don’t think o would have made it out the other side of this process, without Jenny’s help (not to dis-credit the psychiatrist, who was equally attentive for my struggle, and willing to help me stabilise, when I reached a point of wanting to give up.) Full marks and huge gratitude to the service I received through PUK.

Jenny has been completely amazing the whole time I have been speaking to her :) Was not too impressed by the care provided by Psychiatry UK until I spoke to her unreal nurse.

Jennifer has been incredible. I was a flailing, somewhat angry and confused new patient as waiting for titration and she dealt with me incredibly professionally when I was grumpy, and when I started to find success with the treatment I could feel how happy she was. As an ex-nurse, I like to think know I can spot those with good practice and Jenny's is incredible. You will be lucky to work with her.
