I have received excellent care from this nurse, as Mrs Selim has expert knowledge and is also very experienced in the areas in which I receive medical care. Mrs Selim also is fully engaged and is not distracted when I see her. Additionally, Mrs Selim shows a level of care and attention that leads to a trusting relationship. Importantly, it is extremely important that I am able to see Mrs Selim on a continuous basis allowing for consistency of care.

Nurse Flordelyn is very understanding to the fears and worries i have about my condition and treatment. Her expertise and experience is outstanding and Nurse Selim makes the whole experience a bit more human. She is very knowledgeable of keloid scars for which I was referred. My treatment is going very well such that I got a family member referred to the department for treatment also.
