Nurse Flordelyn is very understanding to the fears and worries i have about my condition and treatment. Her expertise and experience is outstanding and Nurse Selim makes the whole experience a bit more human. Nurse Flordelyn has a very considerate nature and goes the extra mile to maintain regular appointment slots if at all possible. Nurse Flordelyn is an excellent clinician and an asset to the keloid clinic and to the NHS.
