Mrs Bama Selvaraj, was so nice to me yesterday. I had to have an internal procedure and was very nervous, had lots of anxiety, however, Mrs Selvaraj put my mind at rest, spoke me throughout about what she wanted to do and how she was going to do it. During the procedure she spoke to me constantly about what was happening and then after fully explained the following steps. She made me feel very calm and put me at east. The other Nurses she works with were wonderful, what a great team of medical professionals. Thank you, thank you, thank you xxx

Mrs Bama Selvaraj, is probably the one of the nicest medical person I’ve come across. I actually thought she was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I had a lot of anxiety and fear regarding my results and procedure. She and two other wonderful nurses working along side her, made me feel calm and comfort, putting me at ease. She had do a procedure inside of me. Which she told me is usually done under general anaesthetic. However I would need to be called back in two weeks to do that should I go down that route. Or she can do it now and get it over and done with and get immediate results. I didn’t want this hanging over me for two weeks so opted to do it there and then without being put to sleep. She explained it very well and whilst doing it, yes it was very painful but her and her staff really did keep me calm and distracted. The whole experience felt like i was at a private health care system. Please we definitely need more people like her on the NHS. Her and her team where so good.

Mrs Bama S. is very caring, went beyond what was expected along with the other nurses, she took her time to explain the entire procedure, put my mind to rest and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed even though I have zero threshold for pain. A very excellent and top notch care, can't ask for more. A big thank for all your care, very much appreciated. Mrs Onakoya

It was really nice to see a friendly professional who showed empathy and warmth with the service offered . She was able to help me alleviate my anxiety just with the explanation of the procedure and getting me involved in observing the procedure as it was done. All follow up care and information for further care were discussed and I left the department happier as my situation was handled respectfully and dignity protected. Thanks
