I think I have explained in the above pages the advantages of having access to a stoma nurse - this should be obvious after the trauma of such invasive surgery that you need someone on your side to support and talk you through it - my brief experience of the stoma staff was so good as they were caring and kind - so having Louise turn up the other day was good as she was the same - and knowing I can contact her through NAMs is all thats needed - thankyou Isla
Arrived on time and gave me wonderful attentive treatment. |Gave valuable advice in addition to the treatment.
lovely lady she made me feel at ease
Very friendly, knowledgeable and informative
Very pleasant and understanding,I have an issue with stoma baseplate which I have to cut a shape to fit round a parastomal hernia every time stoma needs changing.. she suggested another type of fitting which arrived today unfortunately I'm still not able to fit it because of the bulging hernia.. well done for trying anyway... A grateful patient
