Michelle, was amazingly understanding, she listened and was both supportive and professional. She gave us information with full explanations in detail,  allowing us to understood more about our situation. She gave us plenty of time so we  didn’t feel rushed or under pressure at all.  Michelle is totally approachable,  and it is good to know we have Michelle as our point of contact. Thankyou Michelle.

Everything was explained in plain language to me, the level of care and explanation was exemplary, I could not have asked for a kinder/sympathetic person. 10 out of 10 from me and I felt she really cared about how you felt.

Our world had crashed !! Michelle put everything to one side and listened and gave advice showed us grafts and diagrams and alsorts of information till we understood more about our situation.. Michelle was so confident in giving advice and information she allows plenty of time we didn’t feel rushed or under pressure at all ,,she left and gave myself and my wife time alone to get our thoughts in place ,, Michelle was fabulous and has delivered on everything she said she would ,, Michelle is so approachable and calming I dread to think how the first vital few hours would have been had we not had her to explain and assure us so well on my cancer ,, Michelle Holmes’s is an absolute gem and we thank her so much xx
