I was referred to the Breast Clinic for a mammogram to exclude breast cancer. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful and the waiting area was very pleasant. I didn't have to wait too long for my mammogram and similarly not too long to see the consultant. Every member of staff that I came into contact with was kind, friendly and caring. The whole experience was very pleasant particularly when you consider the reason I was referred.

The new breast unit was very clean and staff very friendly and reassuring.

Very good care. Only concern is the cost if parking as my appoinments tend to last for up to and even over 3 hours, parking then costs £6.00. A lot of money for ill people to pay. There must be an easier way to raise revenue.

From the moment I entered the site I was cared for... all the staff (from the cleaners to professionals ) showed kindness. I felt that I was noticed. Unsure of where I was going, I was directed to the right places, even before I asked. I expected and received the highest standard of professional care, but I didn't expect the general 'niceness' and kindness of all the people on the site - Thank you

I cannot speak highly enough of the Breast Care Unit at High Wycombe hospital and all the staff within the clinic. The clinic itself was exceptional in terms of cleanliness and layout and all staff were extremely friendly, caring and professional.
