From the moment I entered the site I was cared for... all the staff (from the cleaners to professionals ) showed kindness. I felt that I was noticed. Unsure of where I was going, I was directed to the right places, even before I asked.
I expected and received the highest standard of professional care, but I didn't expect the general 'niceness' and kindness of all the people on the site - Thank you
