I was seen quickly and everything was explained to me about the treatment I was receiving. All Staff were very kind and caring. I felt very well cared for at all times.

I was given a wheelchair and driver as soon as I checked in at a&e and taken straight to minor injuries.

Perhaps have more staff to take pressure off those that were there.
Otherwise not much else. I realise you couldn't see me any quicker; it was very busy

I had chest pains and they could not have treated me better. I am pleased to say it was gastritis (heartburn).

Review of Bluebell Birth Centre

All of the staff on Bluebell, particularly Becky, but also Mollie were amazing when I had my daughter there in December. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were calm, reassuring and attentive when I really needed them. They kept us informed about what was going on and treated my husband and I really well, even offering him plentiful tea when they could see he was getting stressed.
Suggested improvements
Becky was particularly amazing when the labour ward staff wanted to move more quickly to an assisted delivery with minimal consultation, buying me time to have one last go at getting the baby out myself.

The nurse, Mel, who put my plaster on that night, was extremely kind & caring. She insisted I needed someone to look after me when I arrived home & made numerous phone calls to my family to make sure I was collected. She was right. I would have struggled!
I would also like to say it was a pleasure to meet the Plaster Cast expert a couple of days later. He was a delightful man, joking & taking all the apprehension away.
