The nurse, Mel, who put my plaster on that night, was extremely kind & caring. She insisted I needed someone to look after me when I arrived home & made numerous phone calls to my family to make sure I was collected. She was right. I would have struggled! I would also like to say it was a pleasure to meet the Plaster Cast expert a couple of days later. He was a delightful man, joking & taking all the apprehension away. Many thanks for your good service.

Just the long wait, but I was expecting that!
