All of the staff on Bluebell, particularly Becky, but also Mollie were amazing when I had my daughter there in December. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they were calm, reassuring and attentive when I really needed them. They kept us informed about what was going on and treated my husband and I really well, even offering him plentiful tea when they could see he was getting stressed.
Suggested improvements
Becky was particularly amazing when the labour ward staff wanted to move more quickly to an assisted delivery with minimal consultation, buying me time to have one last go at getting the baby out myself.
