I was so scared attending my appointment as I didn’t know what to expect. The care I received from all of the staff in the colposcopy unit from start to finish was absolutely amazing. Dr Mehr was probably the most genuinely nice doctor I have ever met, and Rosie his assistant was an absolute angel taking my mind off the examination by talking to me and making me feel so comfortable. I was definitely in safe hands with them. I am so grateful to Dr Mehr and his team for taking such good care of me.. Thank you.

I was admitted to A&E on the 31st Aug after feeling very unwell for a few days and was diagnosed with bacterial meningitis. I was on Oken ward for 5 days and Victoria ward for 6 days. I am absolutely amazed by the care I received from the doctors and nurses. Without exception very single one of them was polite, kind and very caring and given the pressures they are under this is something I will never forget. I was released under the care of the Opac team and again the level of care was outstanding. Words can not express my sincere gratitude all of these amazing people.

I met Denise and Kim a few days after my colostomy. They were both fantastic in their own strengths to the care. Denise was great at explaining the basics of stoma care. She brought her warm and caring personality with her every day to the ward. Though I would not wish to have a stoma, now that I do I am glad Denise was there to help. From Kim I learned many practical tips and tricks. She patiently answered my questions, and explained the support available to me. Again a really caring person.

Hire more colleagues like Kim and Denise.

I was really impressed with the level of care and professionalism of Kate the physio assigned to my care. She explained everything well and demonstrated clearly the exercises I needed to do. Her encouragement and positive outlook was excellent and gave me the confidence to achieve the goals set. Thank you
