Great experience from start to finish. I can wholeheartedly recommended the Veincentre in Cardiff to anyone considering this treatment. . The staff are wonderful, the venue is very well presented and ideally located in the centre of Cardiff. Im very happy with the results of my treatment, the only regret is that I didn't have it done sooner.

I have waited to reveiw as I wanted to give before and after.
After struggling for many years with hideous veins I decided it was time I went private.
From booking to consultation I was made welcome and nothing too much trouble, Even though I found 1st part uncomforable I was in no pain and would recommend wearing stocking for as long as you can over the 2 weeks.
2nd part a breeze, stocking back on !!
For the 1st time on holiday I wore dresses, what a difference and would recommend this clinic and staff for veins, loving the new legs

I recently had the pleasure of receiving Thermocoagulation treatment at Veincentre Cardiff, and I must say that my experience was absolutely outstanding. From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. Their professionalism and dedication to patient care were evident from the start.
The clinic itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment. The waiting area was cozy, and the soothing ambiance helped ease any nervousness I had before the procedure I was even offered Tea or Coffee.
During my consultation, the nurse took the time to thoroughly explain the Thermocoagulation treatment process, addressing any concerns or questions I had. She was extremely knowledgeable and showed a genuine interest in my well-being. Her expertise and confidence in the procedure further reassured me that I was in capable hands.
The Thermocoagulation treatment itself was a game-changer for my facial veins. The nurse meticulously targeted and treated the affected areas, utilizing advanced technology and techniques to deliver precise results. I felt comfortable throughout the entire process, and the staff continuously checked on me to ensure my comfort.

The Cardiff Veincentre is an exemplary place, where the staff are concerned about the clients' welfare, feelings and comfort, and are ready to answer questions freely. There is also excellent coffee supplied to alleviate any travel stress or nerves! The procedure is carefully explained, there is an attendant present to help patients (if necessary) to change into provided protective clothing, and to distract them from the actions being undertaken. There is minor discomfort as the needle is inserted but you can walk immediately after getting down and leaving the surgery.
There are two minor difficulties: the first is finding the venue if you come by public transport (a little information on which way to turn out of Cardiff Queen Street would help, especially if it's raining!) and the second is the flight of stairs up from ground level to the surgery: no lift. The welcome, once you arrive, is very encouraging!

A very clean welcoming clinic. Staff were amazing. I am so pleased with the outcome of my treatment. Wish it hadn’t taken so long to pluck up the courage to have it done. I was made to feel at ease as soon as I walked through the door. Will definitely be back if my other leg needs doing. Thank you so much. Xx

As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by a lovely lady Caroline Camplin at reception who made me and my husband feel very comfortable and made us a lovely pot of tea and reassured me about my procedure which at first I was nervous as did not know what to expect. The Nurse went through everything with me before the doctor performed the EVLA so I knew what to expect .The doctor was also explaining every thing that he was doing from start to finish it was extremely interesting looking at everything on the ultrasound screen I went back today for my follow up appointment and no further treatment was needed. I’m extremely happy with the results and I’m now going to have the confidence to wear dresses and shorts and not feel self-conscious about my veins showing and the pain has now fully gone so would definitely recommend
