Fantastic care & service from the time I arrived, Caroline on reception was so welcoming & friendly offering tea coffee or water, chatting as if we knew each other putting me at ease, mr David Lewis & nurse caz were great explaining everything that would happen before during & after the procedure on my legs, very friendly again & putting me at ease, the procedure was a little uncomfortable but not painful, & I went home fully informed as to what I needed to do for aftercare, my follow up appointment was just as friendly and I was very happy with the end results, I wish I had done it sooner & I would highly recommend seeing Mr Lewis if you are thinking of having the procedure, I had EVLA & sclerotherapy & a very reasonable price, 5* treatment for start to finish, once again thank you all very much

I would like to share my experience with Veincentre Cardiff. I have had varicose veins for 20 years which have worsened through the years, which gave me huge bulging veins, causing aches daily. I would be very anxious wearing shorts/skirts due to the veins. After researching varicose vein treatments I came across Veincentre and noticed the good reviews, which helped me make the decision to book a consultation. I was welcomed by the lovely receptionist who made me feel at ease. The waiting area was bright and airy. During the consultation both the consultant and nurse were friendly and gave informative information about the treatments I would need. Their both listened to what symptoms I was experiencing. The consultant oulined what treatments I would need and the intial cost. He explained which veins would need to have the treatments and how long the recovery would be. Two months after, I had my first session of bilateral great saphenous vein laser treatment and foam sclerotherapy. I was very nervous on the day but both the consultant and the nurse made me feel more relaxed. I had a lovely chat with the nurse which distracted me from the treatments given at the time. After the treatments, I wore compression stockings for a week and walked 20 minutes per day, which was suggested for good recovery. I did experience the aches for a few days after the procedure but the pain was managed with paracetamol. A few weeks later I could see the treated veins had significantly reduced in size. A couple of months later I went for second session. The consultant was very pleased with the overall result. No more laser treatment was needed. I had more foam sclerotherapy to the veins in my lower leg which was part of the plan. Overall I had a very good experience with Cardiff Veincentre and would highly recommend. I am so happy with the result and am looking forward to the summer to wear my shorts again.

Excellent service received from the moment I was greeted by the receptionist. Immediately put at ease by Mr Lewis and his staff member. The procedure was delivered at a high standard and I was taken through the procedure step-by-step. Would thoroughly recommend this practise and Mr Lewis.

Very clean environment and calm atmosphere. Caroline (Receptionist) was really warm and welcoming. Mr Sharath Paravastu explained the procedure and possible side effects clearly at my consultation which put me at ease during the procedure. Very happy with results so far.

The whole experience was a success from start to finish . Starting with the very warm welcome at reception, initial consultation, procedures and follow up . Everything was covered and every question professionally answered . The patient care was second to none . Initial trepidation about the process was immediately allayed by Mr Lewis and the team . I would certainly recommend anyone contemplating varicose vein treatments to contact Veincentre without delay as they are undoubtedly first class .

The whole experience was superb, Mr Lewis the consultant discussed the whole process and recommended that both my legs should be treated which was 100% successful, and with the outcome proving better than my expectations. All the staff at Cardiff Veincentre cannot be faulted in any way. I would recommend anyone who has unsightly varicose veins to have this treatment, and I am so looking forward to wearing shorts again in the summer.

From the time you ring their doorbell until the time you leave you are treated with kindness, respect and are immediately made to feel that you are the only person receiving treatment. The place is immaculately clean and every area of the treatment is explained in detail. The bed is comfortable and an excellent nurse talked to you during the procedure and took your mind off the treatment. Although the treatment was uncomfortable at times it was easily managed. The Consultant ( Mr Lewis) explained the procedure as he was working, and allayed any concerns you may have. An amazing experience and I am very happy to receive any further treatment needed.
