A fantastic stay at Manor Hospital, the staff were brilliant and I had all the care I needed. The staff were so hands on in every way and I couldn’t fault my experience there in the slightest, it was an amazing two nights, thank you all at Manor Hospital.

Fabulous care at this hospital, nothing is too much trouble. Ratio of nurses to staff is high so you are never left waiting long after pressing the buzzer. Thoroughly recommend this hospital

My first time using the Manor Hospital. Very happy with all the staff both admin, nursing and auxilliary. During my stay in the hospital for my surgery the staff were excellent.

Although we started on shakey ground - the initial operation date was moved by 1 week, due to technical issues - the actual operation more than made up for the wait. All the staff, from the cleaner and ancilliary staff, up to the Consultant, could not be more supportive. 8 weeks on from the operation, I feel like a new man. During the operation, more work was required than initially considered. This was explained to me in great detail - using understandable words, as against latin. This helped me focus on recuperation exercises specific to my operation.

As a private patient, there is an expectation of a certain level and standard of care. During my stay at Manor, all my expectations were exceeded. From the ancilliary staff to the nursing staff, the support professionals (Physio's etc.) and, at the very top, the consultant, made me feel as if I were the only patient in the hospital. Given the level of care required for my particular procedure, I left the hospital feeling, although in reasonable discomfort, a new person. Only time will tell whether I am!

Not given details of costs of consultation ahead of it happening, very rushed on the day, follow up tests very slow, again not given any costs of the tests by the consultant. Seemed poorly organised.

I cannot find any fault with this hospital. I was well looked after with lots of care and attention. It was brilliant and all the staff kind and friendly. So lucky to have gone here.
