As a private patient, there is an expectation of a certain level and standard of care. During my stay at Manor, all my expectations were exceeded. From the ancilliary staff to the nursing staff, the support professionals (Physio's etc.) and, at the very top, the consultant, made me feel as if I were the only patient in the hospital.
Given the level of care required for my particular procedure, I left the hospital feeling, although in reasonable discomfort, a new person. Only time will tell whether I am!
