Tamara my nurse was friendly totally professional helpful’ kind and caring.
However the pre assessment needs to have more communication and clarity and actions noted from it need to be seen to be sorted.
I had a medical need identified at the pre assessment but it was not communicated to the medical team so my op had to postponed due to this which is totally not acceptable. What is the point of having a pre assessment if nothing is a actioned from the findings? I felt really let down by the hospital from this.
