Excellent experience at highfield hospital today all of the staff are lovely, very professional and can tell that everyone genuinely cares about the patients, I dealt with Emma and Mary on this visit and they were both brilliant, they are both far above what I would consider to be a high standard of service and professionalism, very impressed!

I attended a pre operation appointment on the 4th December 2025. I was attended to promptly with dignity and respect by all the professionals involved in my assessment. I was seen by nurses Emma, Mary, and Yasmin. They all remained professional and informative throughout their assessment, were able to answer questions thoroughly and did so with in friendly appropriate manner that made me feel totally at ease and in control. I also would like to mention the consultation with the surgeon that is to perform my knee replacement operation, Mr Hakimi, who was prompt, approachable and very respectable. The whole experience has given me confidence in carrying out my procedure and care.

Catrina walker the ODP Theatre was great in recovery made me feel so much better after my procedure had a lovely chat and felt like she really cared. ALso Carolyn the nurse who came to my room before and after my procedure was great she made me feel at ease as I was so apprehensive about my procedure but she was great and explained everything really well afterwards I feel they both went above and beyond .
