Been for my pre-op assignment today, I was a worried when I arrive. After seeing Emma, Mary and Yasmin I was put at ease. All three were very professional, very approachable and explained what was going to happen.

My experience at Highfield hosptial was outstanding. The team at pre- op assessment was absolutely fantastic. I was looked after by Mary, Emma and Yasmin, who were all lovely and extremely helpful. Everything was quick and efficient. They were all very kind, in particular Mary and Emma who made me feel very ease and looked after me really well.

We were made welcome and given seating in a warm and comfortable environment. Our appointment was on time and super efficient. Were were looked after by Nurse Emma and she was kind and attentive- a very pleasant and professional lady!

Cant fault any part of the experience or any employee. From Consultant to Nurses to kitchen staff to cleaners everyone was professional but friendly. Thanks guys x

Today I had my pre-op assessment. Ì was seen on time and dealt with very professionally and with great care. The process was thorough and done in good time. Emma, Asma and Angela were lovely ladies, very caring and friendly. Explained everything clearly and put me at ease. Can't praise the 3 of them enough. Well done ladies you are a credit to the service.
