I have had surgery twice, as an NHS patient, at BMI Highfield. My treatment by all the staff was always polite, caring and professional. Having private facilities is a great bonus when you are feeling below par and privacy is always a big priority. Physiotherapist was excellent too. Very patient and supportive. Highly recommended.
