I was and still am in a low place but the staff put me at ease on arrival and during my 6 week stay here. The care was faultless. Food good although repetitive but can’t complain as it’s free.
The nurses and all other staff were like friends.
I didn’t know I had. Thank you.
Visiting a friend, said he felt she has good care.
All staff kind and helpful.
I am writing on behalf of my mum who is a patient on the ward:-
She has been treated at all times with dignity and respect and has felt very safe in the environment and with all the care and attention she has been given. Every single member of staff from the admin up to the doctors have been excellent. We have always been kept up to date. I can't thank everyone enough for the excellent care she has received.
Re-introduce smoking in the garden to aid stress relief and tensions on both staff and patients.
Thank you for your feedback. I understand your frustrations on not being able to smoke in the garden, however the trust has a no smoking policy in which staff have to abide by.
Not only that my husband received excellent care but the whole family received it. The patient felt safe here and enjoyed the banter and all the care he received. We felt honored to be able to stop at cransley and that The patient had the dignified and peaceful death that he deserved.
Not picking - anti wind medication to be given before meals and sometimes meals were cold as medication not given. Gemma - advised the patients upwards and left hand needed 3 pillows.
-> Not always adhered to when changed.
Thank you for your feedback, we have ensured feedback is provided to the nursing team to ensure medication is given at the correct time it is prescribed for. We have also reminded staff to ensure they follow the recommendations of the Physiotherapist when repositioning patients.
