Not only that my husband received excellent care but the whole family received it. The patient felt safe here and enjoyed the banter and all the care he received. We felt honored to be able to stop at cransley and that The patient had the dignified and peaceful death that he deserved. Not picking - anti wind medication to be given before meals and sometimes meals were cold as medication not given. Gemma - advised the patients upwards and left hand needed 3 pillows. -> Not always adhered to when changed.

Response from St Mary's Hospital

Thank you for your feedback, we have ensured feedback is provided to the nursing team to ensure medication is given at the correct time it is prescribed for. We have also reminded staff to ensure they follow the recommendations of the Physiotherapist when repositioning patients.
