Naturally nervous, I had excellent care from the team. Room was very comfortable with Hotel type features, nice bathroom and easy to use amenities, low level lighting and blinds. Operation went well, surgeon and his team kept me well informed and visited me before and after operation. looked after well during recovery. Regular checks and privicy offerred at all times. Nice food and plenty of offers of tea, coffee and refreshments. My partner was well looked after too which I appreciated. What made my stay so much better was my lovely nurse, Rebecca, friendly, professional and nicely firm. She was so pleasant with a warm smile, we had quite a few laughs which really helped, such a nice manner and a real credit to the hospital, many thanks, i am recovering well. Speedy checkout too which is always good. Thanks all.

The greatest influence on our overall experience had to be Rebecca. She looked after my partner and the care she gave him made his visit. What a kind warm lady. I recently had surgery by Mr Shyamalan on my thumb and am delighted with the result. Apart from now being pain free which is wonderful I still have movement with my thumb and the operation was a total success. I was treated with such care and attention by both the surgeon before and after my op and was very well looked after during my day care stay at Spire. I have been a patient there for many years and have had various procedures there including a full hip replacement a few years ago by Roger Tillman and I am still singing his praises. So I can confidently say Spire Parkway hospital and its staff have looked after me very well and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend your hospital to anyone.

This is an organisation that primarily deals with patients whose care and costs are funded by Health Insurance Companies, as such the costs charged to self funding patients bear no relationship to what one might feel was reasonable. If considering the self pay option be very careful to ensure that quoted costs cover everything required including follow up appointments etc.

I was a patient of ian Paterson beware of using this hospital as when something goes wrong They state the doctors don't work for them they are self employed And take no responsibility whatsoever Many women have been left needing further surgery and suffer ill health You have to fight for a recall and hospital notes which in most cases went missing
