Naturally nervous, I had excellent care from the team. Room was very comfortable with Hotel type features, nice bathroom and easy to use amenities, low level lighting and blinds. Operation went well, surgeon and his team kept me well informed and visited me before and after operation. looked after well during recovery. Regular checks and privicy offerred at all times. Nice food and plenty of offers of tea, coffee and refreshments. My partner was well looked after too which I appreciated. What made my stay so much better was my lovely nurse, Rebecca, friendly, professional and nicely firm. She was so pleasant with a warm smile, we had quite a few laughs which really helped, such a nice manner and a real credit to the hospital, many thanks, i am recovering well. Speedy checkout too which is always good. Thanks all.
