I was treated late but well
Suggested improvements
Waiting time for blood test was two and half hours for everyone in an emergency. It could be improved alot. I thought better management required to keep staff see patients without Waiting them to be seen.

I would like to praise A&E Dr's assistant Jay. She was so understanding and supportive, my mum has dementia, Jay treated her so very kind and compassionately, Jay spoke in a way to my mum that she managed to get mum to answer questions, Jay made my mum laugh she made blood test and ECG easy for mum to deal with. Thank you Jay.

For a change I felt the doctor was listening to me and interested and had an understanding how I feel

Not cancelled the original appointment without my permission and wasted NHS money sending the exact same 3 letters informing me of the new appointment date and another 3 letters cancelling the appointment. All letters arrived in the post on the same day and after a phone call found out it actually wasn't cancelled
