For a change I felt the doctor was listening to me and interested and had an understanding how I feel

Suggested improvements
Not cancelled the original appointment without my permission and wasted NHS money sending the exact same 3 letters informing me of the new appointment date and another 3 letters cancelling the appointment. All letters arrived in the post on the same day and after a phone call found out it actually wasn't cancelled
