was seen in a very well timely manner every body was great
Having had my operation done at this hospital, I found all the nurses were very helpful and caring which makes having an operation easier to cope with.
Mr Joseph Santiapillai saw and diagnosed me yesterday and today. He was professional, re-assuring and knowledgeable.
My wife and I greatly appreciated his explanation of
My condition , and he was able to alleviate my fears and concerns.
Whilst we had to wait a little while, All the staff from receptionist, Triage nurse and sonographer were helpful and polite.
The orthopedic surgery is in a seperate building and as far as you are concerned it could be a seperate hospital. ALL staff, surgeons etc were magnificent. A complete credit to the NHS and the Princess Royal Hospital.
Very satisfied
The hospital and care was superb - I have total faith in the NHS however....
please give the ladies on the end of the hospital outpatients appointments 0300 … number a lesson in public relations. It doesn't matter how much notice you give when there is a need to change an appointment they are abrupt, very uncooperative and readily threaten to "discharge" you when the need to change an appointment occurs - even when it is they who change the appointment.
The hospita was as good as it can be ,all the staff were wonderful cant say enouigh good things about them .
I had my operation at the Sussex Orthopaedic treatment centre at Haywards Heath.
Very good facilities and attentive staff.
With one exception, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The room I was in, was spacious and clean. The food was very good. The only negative point was that one of the night staff was quite unkind, perhaps shouldn't be in a caring profession!
The anaesthetist was particularly kind and reassuring.
My pre and post op treatment was excellent and I could not complain about the way I was treted and it was with the greatest dignity.
My surgery was a complete success and there have been no subsequent problems.
