All very good at Princess Royal. Improvements: I was transferred to Brighton ( Royal Sussex County Hosp) and my records hadn't been returned back to Princess Royal. Royal Sussex Hosp needs better signing-I got lost. Staff friendly though.

I found all the staff that I came in contact with friendly, caring and courteous.

The main entrance area outside, smelt of cigarette tobacco which seemed to cling to one until well inside the hospital. Smoking areas should be somewhere where no one coming to the hospital can be affecte in anyway.
