All the staff are very friendly, caring and helpful.
1. My father-in-law was distressed at having been told he was moving (from B14 to A3) and having to wait for several hours for this to be done. It really distressed him. Is there another way that a move can be communicated?
2. He was on 3 wards. Great facilities and lovely nursing staff.
3. He wasn't keen on eating - could something different be done? He made poor menu choices.
4. Very clean.
Moved twice over 2 nights - both times in the middle of the night. Unnecessary and horrible for patients.
Carol and Anne were very caring in everything they did for me and made me feel comfortable for my coming surgery.
A4 therapy team. Caring and friendly staff. Nurses seemed very busy. Increasing staffing levels would improve care. Physiotherapy team were friendly and encouraged.
Very helpful and polite staff members :-).
Communications need improving (Twice. I was subjected to "strong arm" tactics).
(Similar to gestato style!!)
When my bed was needed for another patient.
I was in a very deep sleep (time was 11.15 pm) so not the best time for a caring profession to throw someone out!!
