Communications need improving (Twice. I was subjected to "strong arm" tactics).
(Similar to gestato style!!)
When my bed was needed for another patient.
I was in a very deep sleep (time was 11.15 pm) so not the best time for a caring profession to throw someone out!!
Care was good.
Ben is extremely caring as all the staff.
Been alright everyone helpful.
Attentive and understanding. However communication between colleagues could be better to ensure uniformity of information recieved by patient.
Overall brilliant care :-).
Waiting from 10.30 am been discharged to getting meds from pharmacy at 5 pm and only after nurse chased is utterly disgusting and for that I am one unhappy patient.
The attention and friendliness of the staff was very good.
The food menu was good with a wide range of choices, well prepared with excellent service.
Televisions without headphones meant one person having his TV on until 11.30 simply kept me awake when I needed rest.
Well looked after/very friendly staff both day and night staff, no complaints once in ward.
Nothing was too much trouble.
