1. My father-in-law was distressed at having been told he was moving (from B14 to A3) and having to wait for several hours for this to be done. It really distressed him. Is there another way that a move can be communicated? 2. He was on 3 wards. Great facilities and lovely nursing staff. 3. He wasn't keen on eating - could something different be done? He made poor menu choices. 4. Very clean.
