It was an excellent service throughout and the nurse Mrs Tammy Temple was very kind and caring. I have left a separate review for Tammy. I was very happy with the outcome and would recommend this service to anyone who needs it.

I wasn't treated in a hospital on this occasion, it was a video call. So I'm not sure how relevant these questions are.

Stoma Care review with Tammy Temple was excellent. She listened sympathetically to my concerns, and showed great patience (I rambled on a bit!), whilst making constructive and helpful suggestions regarding possible alternatives to my current stoma management routine. Tammy was helpful, supportive and understanding throughout the review. It was invaluable being given the opportunity to be able to talk frankly and at length about the impact of having a stoma and hernia with somebody empathic and knowledgeable.

Today I had a review conducted by Tammy Temple and found her to be pleasant and helpful, as has been the case with all the staff I have dealt with at NAMS.
The only issue I have experienced was in the early days of lock-down and the time taken to process calls. This was understandable in the circumstances.

I attended this clinic after ringing with a problem the previous day.The staff acted very professional and sympathetically and assured us that they had seen the problem before and that it could be sorted,which it was very simply and quickly. We couldn't thank them enough.

we came in on a phone call we were met by Tammy who was polite and very friendly which put us at ease. she explained all details to us ,also showed us new ostomy bags to try thankyou for all your help.you were great.

A very efficient and friendly service provided by all at nams. I was given an appointment for the same day, the nurse was on time and made me feel very comfortable
