I went on a Sunday lunchtime and was in agony. I was dealt with in a professional & courteous manner by everybody I saw. I cannot speak highly enough of the team and the hospital.

The daytime nurses were great, so were some of the HCAs. The night time nurses were too loud and spent far too much time gossiping and making a racket, never mind patients were attempting to sleep. The sister on the night shift was downright rude...I was glad I was discharged when I was!

Felt like I was being rushed by some of the staff as someone with limited mobility, this got my back up straight away. Night time need to be mindful that patients are trying to get some sleep. It is not on that they are talking very loudly and basically gossiping rather than doing their job of caring for their patients. The food needs sorting out, was so bad that my brother in law cooked for me but that food was wasted as I was not allowed to reheat it so I basically starved as I could not tolerate the food that attempting to be served.
