Very professional with a personal approach. Informative and treated as an individual in a way that demonstrated genuine care, extremely friendly and happy to share a joke. I really enjoyed the 'one to one' relationship that I really enjoyed at my local hospital.

Things were explained to me as much as possible. However I think there could be an improvement in waiting time. I know it can be quite busy but explaining this it to be expected in the leaflet would ensure one is prepared. Thanks.
