From the time I was diagnosed with cancer - I had an amzing team looking after me from pre-op to post op everyone was extremely caring, kind and gentle to keep positive, not to worry and generally there for you.

I am on two crutches because of arthritis, the nurses were lovely and patient they treated me no different from anyone else ,which is good for me as I don't like standing out,the eye doctor was so pleasant made me feel at ease ,I have no complaints just praise for the whole team .thankyou

My appointments are so far apart that each time I go I have a whole new set of symptoms and get no answers or help now I have been advised that I am being referred to neurology and to call and make my own next appointment with long covid clinic

We were just told to wait in the waiting room and just left there. At no time were we informed of the wait or what was happening. We were there for 5 hours and not told anything. When I asked for a more comfortable chair or a cushion as I already had a spinal issue and was there because of a back problem I was told they couldn't help and I had to go back to the waiting room and sit and wait. At that point I went home so I could have some pain killers and be more comfortable.
Suggested improvements
Keep patients informed of the waiting time and ask if we need any pain relief or are OK. It is not acceptable to expect people to wait over 7 hours without an update or pain relief
