The staff in A&E are exceptional.
They treated my son with dignity and respect and at the same time treated his condition with the urgency it required.
They kept him smiling and calm while working behind the scenes to get him stable.
Thank you.
thay treated me a robot not a human being and there fail to listen to my heath needs and by there actions i could not get help from 111, so i am now with out treatment and can't get to see my doctor until 30 june so if i need drugs or treatment i have to wait until then and i have a promblem with my hart
You, Frimley Park hospital and all staff must be in the top 3 in the UK. I say this without hesitation having been hospitalised some 5 to 6 times between 6 and 9 days each time in 2022. I can only complain about certain Dr's in one department whom, I feel, have totally neglected me. However, this does not deter me from giving you all a huge pat on the back for the wonderful care I have and continue to receive from Frimley Park hospital and 5 stars are well deserved in every category. As I often say, each and every employee are absolute angels and of course, this includes those wonderful paramedics. Thank you so very much for your love and professionalism in all you do. God bless each and everyone.

Frimley is a good hospitail and every surgeon, Dr, and nurse I have had dealing with are very caring
Frimley park hospital and its entire staff are caring, hard working and dedicated. I am certainly qualified to say this having been in and out of this hospital 6 or 7 times in the last 18 months for various illnesses and operations. Each time I have been in and out of this hospital, from the most experienced consultants and Dr's, to the cleaners, porters kitchen staff etc. I refer to you all as angels...nothing is too much and your caring and understanding is second to none. God bless each and everyone of you and my grateful thanks and appreciation.
Whether it’s been as a NHS patient or private the team at frimley have always been fantastic.
Couldn’t fault my treatment.
very efficient
Unfortunately I had an unpleasant experience with one of the phlebotomists who was very rude and told me that I was late for my blood test. I had just received devastating news of a cancer diagnosis so had been trying to take in this news and was talking to one of the nurses who was offering her support and advice. Whilst I understand that there may be patients who do not turn up for their appointments on time, or fail to turn up at all, it’s imperative that all staff need to be compassionate. It exacerbated what had already been a very distressing day.
On the other hand, the surgeons and the nurses were extremely kind and the care I received from them was exceptional. They took their time to explain procedures and results and I never felt rushed.
I also want to mention all the lovely staff at Heatherwood Hospital, where I had my surgery. They went above and beyond in their care.
I had my surgery in Heatherwood Hospital where I received tremendous care both in the DSU and in the Parkside Suite.
I have also been seen in the OPD at Frimley Park Hospital and I cannot fault the staff there. All
of them, from the surgeons to the nurses have all been extremely professional, kind and empathetic and have kept me fully informed about my treatment.
One criticism is that the phlebotomist who did my first blood test was rude and totally lacking empathy when I was late for my blood test, having had a very upsetting diagnosis of breast cancer.
Everyone else was outstanding!
