I have been treated for various conditions including operations, xrays, ct scans, mri scans and other tests. Frimley Park hospital in my mind is one of the best with top class surgeons, consultants, Dr's, nurses, cleaners, porters and I could go on...in other words the entire medical staff are second to none. I have spent many a time in hospital from 1 to 9 day stays possibly well over 10 times so feel very qualified to give this report. Yes, there are times when things go wrong but when these are pointed out, every effort is made to correct these slip ups. An example...when seen by 3 or 4 different Dr's. during say a 9 day stay, it becomes evident that each one gives feedback, when requested, which can become extremely confusing as questions are answered differently. If it is possible, I think 1 Dr per patient would assist in less confusion to the patient. A suggestion which possibly is an impossibility right now but something to look into for the future? My last comment..."your are a wonderful bunch of medical professionals and i thank each and everyone of you for the care shown to a now 86 year old". God bless each and everyone

I have had several mammogram, ultrasound and follow up appointments at Frimley Park Hospital and have received amazing service from all departments not forgetting the lovely ladies in the Cafe! I have also been able to find a parking space!

I was diagnosed with breast cancer in August. I was also referred for colonoscopy and ultrasound for suspected DVT earlier in the year. All treatment, appointments and communication was excellent. The nursing, radiology and administrative teams treated me with respect and kindness. I noticed that there was a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene protocols were followed. Some of the waiting rooms are a little dreary but I was seen on time mostly so it wasn't an issue for me.

Having moved from Brentford, I am amazed at the efficiency of the hospital and staff. Whenever I have to go to Frimley Park I always feel as if I am treated with respect, all the staff are friendly and welcoming. In fact, the whole atmosphere there is welcoming. My one experience with A&E, when I nearly cut my finger off, was equally impressive, with only a 10 minute waiting time and then very attentive nurses, who talked to me the whole time they had to put the 8 stitches into my finger. All in all, as hospital experiences go, this is right up there, although I have only been an outpatient and cannot comment on the in-patient experience.

On visits to the hospital, I have always been treated kindly by all Staff. Since just before the outbreak of Covid I have been attending the Eye Dept. regularly for Macular Degeneration and have been well looked after by all Staff. Also, I had Knee Replacement Surgery in the Spring of this year. Mr. Perry and his Team were excellent as were the nursing Staff. Since having a mammogram in August and being recalled to the Jarvis Centre followed by Frimley Park appointments it has all been very quick with everyone caring and helpful.
