Having moved from Brentford, I am amazed at the efficiency of the hospital and staff. Whenever I have to go to Frimley Park I always feel as if I am treated with respect, all the staff are friendly and welcoming. In fact, the whole atmosphere there is welcoming.
My one experience with A&E, when I nearly cut my finger off, was equally impressive, with only a 10 minute waiting time and then very attentive nurses, who talked to me the whole time they had to put the 8 stitches into my finger.
All in all, as hospital experiences go, this is right up there, although I have only been an outpatient and cannot comment on the in-patient experience.
