I cannot praise the staff at the centre highly enough. From reception to nurses to doctors whenever I have attended I have been treated with the utmost care patience and kindness.and as a pensioner I can assure you that is not always the case elsewhere. No matter how busy they are they are nothing is too much trouble Can't thank them enough

Went to have a check on my chest as I was coughing up coloured sputem.

I was greeted by a lovely receptionist called Jennifer who immediately put me at my ease. What a lovely person. The nurse who treated me, once more, very caring lovely person, unfortunately I can’t remember what she was called but was very pleased I was treated by her.

I arrived at 19.20pm and was seen by 19.45pm. The staff were understanding and listened to concerns. The Reception staff were equally understanding and empathetic.

It is difficult I know, but spreading the seats out more so that people who are ill are not sitting on top of each other.

Overall experience was excellent couldn't have asked for more. The doctor was very thorough.

Excellent treatment, everything explained clearly by competent and friendly staff

On my first visit to St Anne's clinic the lift was out of order, this could have been a problem for some service users as the wound clinic is on the first floor

Came in to the hospital via ambulance after collapsing in the street

I really found that there was a Language/accent barrier with most of the nursing staff, which was embarrassing for me at times and stoped me asking questions about my future treatment.
