Review of Fleetwood Urgent Treatment Centre
19th April 2024

From the moment we walked in to fleetwood urgent treatment centre, we were greeted by friendly reception , very helpful when I needed a wheel chair for my father. Excellent treatment from the medical staff all friendly but also professional. It was also very clean We also didn’t have to wait long which was good service as my father is 88

Review of Fylde and Wyre Wound Care Centre
20th March 2024

I was worried about having some stitches taken out from a skin op on my face. But Margaret "knew her stuff", made me feel confident in her ability, and I felt almost no pain. Then she explained in detail how to take care of the wound over the next few weeks. Very impressed and very grateful.

Suggested improvements
The waiting area for the wound clinic is quite cramped, maybe spread the chairs out a little bit?

Jennifer on the reception desk was the epitome of kindness, understanding & helpfulness. She was courteous and friendly throughout our 2 exchanges & I was made to feel welcome. The nurse who I saw was also excellent. She listened with interest and careful consideration, and gave a thoroughly detailed explanation without being hurried, and despite long queues. The whole experience was superb.

I attended the clinic this morning to have clips removed following a hip replacement. The receptionist was efficient and approachable.I I only waited 15 minutes to see the nurse. 2 nurses both had excellent knowledge and skills around my surgery and post operative care. The clips were removed painlessly with lots of reassurance and explanation. All in all a first class service.
