I arrived at 19.20pm and was seen by 19.45pm. The staff were understanding and listened to concerns.
The Reception staff were equally understanding and empathetic.
Suggested improvements
It is difficult I know, but spreading the seats out more so that people who are ill are not sitting on top of each other.
