I rang for an appointment and was assured this would avoid waiting any longer than necessary, however I still had to wait around 35/40 minutes. This could definitely be improved.

The only thing I would I suggest is you put some signage up saying under 5’s don’t need to check in on the computer. We had to wait behind 5 people checking in which was then unnecessary.
I also can’t put age in correctly. I know my son can’t fill the form in but would be more relevant if it had an under 18 category.
