Extremely caring and helpful appointment today.
Particularly like the contact details given to use in case of sudden problem/deterioration.
Thorough - avered benefits receiving or eligible for, care structure in place for both the patient and carer.
We understand there is a possibility of being transferred back to the G.P for care.
We would be very sorry if this happened. The specialist care for the condition is so valuable and supportive, rather than a G.P's care which is a small part of many other condition he/she has to deal with.

Thank you for taking the time to feedback your experience. We are glad you found the staff caring and the information helpful. We recognise that some patients/carers may have concerns around their care being transferred to the GP when deemed clinically appropriate. Please be reassured - if in the future there are issues relating to the condition that the GP is unable to assist with, or that you cannot receive from appropriate alternative services , (the details of which is in the information pack you received ) you may be re-referred back into the service at any time.

The physio the nurses.
Sometimes have to wait for the toilet.
I would like to see the doctor more often.

Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry you have had to wait for the toilet at times. We endeavour to get to patients as quicky as possible, but there are times in the day when this is a challenge. We constantly review our patient requirements against staffing levels. We are a nurse led unit supported by local GPs practices, who visit for a short time each day. I am sorry you did not see the doctor as much as you would have liked, the nursing team assess the patients daily to ensure doctor time is used as efficiently as possible, and you may not have seen the doctor if there was not a clinical need to.

I have been very lucky to be here. I am very pleased I collapse here and someone saved my life.
Very pleased physio have got me walking again.

It is beautiful here. Very clean.
All good staff looked after me well.
More physio needed.

thank you for the lovely feedback, I am sorry you felt that there was not enough physio. We try to incorporate physio activities into all aspects of care, so may not be led by a physiotherapist.
