Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry you have had to wait for the toilet at times. We endeavour to get to patients as quicky as possible, but there are times in the day when this is a challenge. We constantly review our patient requirements against staffing levels. We are a nurse led unit supported by local GPs practices, who visit for a short time each day. I am sorry you did not see the doctor as much as you would have liked, the nursing team assess the patients daily to ensure doctor time is used as efficiently as possible, and you may not have seen the doctor if there was not a clinical need to.
